We collect the phone number used for sign-in, listing details, property photos, map coordinates, contact details, and messages sent through the app.

We may also store basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.

We use information to publish and moderate real estate listings, help buyers contact sellers, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Location coordinates are used to show property pins on the map because many addresses are not searchable.

Approved listing information, including the public property location and seller contact details, may be shown to verified users.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

For the MVP, data is stored in SQLite and uploaded photos are stored on the application server.

Access to moderation tools is limited to admins. Production launch should add backups, stronger monitoring, and reviewed retention rules.

Users can request correction or deletion of their listings or contact information by contacting the app operator.

Do not upload photos or descriptions that reveal private information unrelated to the property.
